Refund policy

You can cancel a paid placement any time before its start date and get a full refund. The slot goes back on sale.

Once your start date arrives, your plan is in the deck with its badge and the slot is off sale for the whole term you bought. From that point the placement is not refundable, including for 3 and 6 month terms.

You can still edit the plan or stop it from showing at any time by emailing us. Stopping it early does not earn a partial refund.

If your plan does not show in the app because of a problem on our side, we refund the days it was missing, worked out pro rata from what you paid.

If we remove a plan because it breaks our listing guidelines, there is no refund.

Free listings cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Email hello@tryouty.app from the address you used at checkout, with your business name and the plan title. We reply within two business days.

Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.
